WCH-UK launched a successful fundraiser to support flood-affected regions in India. Donations were used to provide food, medical supplies, and shelter to impacted families in association with local NGOs.
In February 2025, devastating floods struck several regions in India, displacing thousands of families, damaging homes, and disrupting lives. In response to this emergency, the World Council of Hindus UK (WCH-UK) launched a Seva for Humanity fundraising initiative to provide immediate support to those affected.
Working Together with Trustworthy Partners
WCH-UK partnered with local NGOs and grassroots organizations in India to ensure that aid reached the people who needed it most. Our partners on the ground provided transparent reporting and were instrumental in executing the relief work efficiently and promptly.
Our Mission: Serve Selflessly, Give Generously
Understanding the urgency of the situation, WCH-UK mobilized its network of members, volunteers, and well-wishers across the UK to contribute towards this noble cause. Within weeks, we raised vital funds that were directly allocated to:
- Distribution of food kits and clean drinking water
- Supply of essential medicines and hygiene materials
- Temporary shelter support for displaced families
- Assistance for children and elderly persons affected by the disaster
A Heartfelt Thank You
We extend our deepest gratitude to every donor, volunteer, and supporter who contributed to the success of this campaign. Your generosity helped restore hope and dignity to hundreds of affected families during one of their most difficult times.
